Vehicle valuation dispute

Miss B had to wait for four months after her vehicle had been stolen until she received a derisory offer sum for her vehicle.
She instructed Insco to review her case and after arguing a number of issues which had not been addressed by Insurers, a revised offer sum was received from Miss B's Insurers which was nearly double their original proposal!
We also raised with Miss B's Insurers the excessive delays by them in settling her claim and they agreed to pay to Miss B interest for the delays by them in resolving her case.
